License
Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AlgoBox software on NinjaTrader 8 for the duration of your active plan. Lifetime plans grant perpetual license to the current major version at time of purchase.
Trading risk disclosure
AlgoBox is an analysis and automation tool. It is not trading advice. Futures and options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trades.
Prop-firm compatibility
AlgoBox includes features designed to help you comply with prop-firm rules, but it does not guarantee compliance. You remain responsible for following your firm's rules and verifying any automated behavior before trading funded capital.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy (linked in footer). Trials are free and require no payment.
Changes
We may update these terms. Active customers will be notified of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
